In accordance with the requirements of the "Notice of the Department of Industry and Information Technology of Guangdong Province on Organizing the Evaluation of Innovative Small and Medium-sized Enterprises in 2022, and the Identification and Review of Specialized and Specialized Small and Medium-sized Enterprises" (Yuegongxin Financing Letter [2022] No. 38), the enterprise voluntarily The list of innovative small and medium-sized enterprises in Guangdong Province in 2022 was determined through procedures such as application, preliminary review and recommendation by the competent authorities of listed small and medium-sized enterprises at the prefectural level, review by the Provincial Department of Industry and Information Technology, and online publicity. Relevant matters are notified as follows:

1. Evaluate 15,730 enterprises including Guangzhou Baihai Construction Machinery Co., Ltd. as innovative small and medium-sized enterprises in Guangdong Province in 2022 (see the attachment for the list). Innovative small and medium-sized enterprises are valid for three years from the date of notification.

2. Innovative small and medium-sized enterprises in Shenzhen are provincial innovative small and medium-sized enterprises, which will be announced by the competent department of small and medium-sized enterprises in Shenzhen after evaluation, and the list will be reported to the Provincial Department of Industry and Information Technology in a timely manner.

3. The competent departments of small and medium-sized enterprises in all regions shall earnestly perform their duties, follow the relevant requirements for the cultivation and management of high-quality small and medium-sized enterprises, and do a good job in dynamic management, cultivation and support.
